I think it's pretty irresponsible for them to just use the name on a person's credit card. Especially with what just came out yesterday about the macro that will show a person's realID to other players. As far as revealing the Blizzard employee's information, from what I understand the entire point of him posting and using his real name was to prove that there was nothing to worry about. I think he was proved wrong, even if it was a dick thing to do, whoever did it was making a point and made that point effectively.
